Changes:
- New Map: The Bank! (Unlock the vault and steal the items inside!)
- New Upgrade: Body Armor (Gives you +1 HP per tier)
- Upgrades are now more expensive
- Fixed a bug where you couldn't jump when near a collider
- Fixed a bug where the AI wouldn't visit certain points in its path
- Made guns more reliable
- Made police cars faster
- Fixed lots of bugs and glitches
